Element abilities
Cooing- Mel produces a soft and gentle sound wave through cooing, this sound wave is soothing to the ears and could calm any creatures' heart rate, and soothe the mind of any creature. This ability she uses instinctively and could be rare in most cases to hear for she barely uses it.
Healing- Normally Okaaz use water to heal however she uses sound waves and the density of the water. By changing the waters density she could turn it to a sticky substance to 'glue' any deep wounds together like stitches. She could also change water to a thicker substance, much like honey consistency, to soothe a sore throat or to reduce belly aches. Her sound waves, much different from cooing, uses the gentle vibration of her 'purring' to manipulate the water inside the creature to slow blood flow. She uses the sound waves of very soft and gentle chirps, almost inaudible to ears, to heal small cuts by using the moisture in the air to heal it.
Water- She has complete control over water, being able to move it with either a flick of her tail fin or just by thinking it. However either way when ever she uses any type of her power her violet eyes will be glowing.
